如果我没听说错的话，因为现在的管理规定， QQ 号是必须用国内手机号才能注册的；所以如果您想加 QQ 群，那说明您已经有一个 QQ 号了，那这样一来您就不会是外国人，那我就不太清楚您现在在干什么？
