mtr有什么兼容的优化mod吗

对，大多数都跟optifine不兼容

都可以。目前我已知的优化模组都与MTR兼容。

目前fabric的常用的（如sodilm）都很好的适配了MTR，但Optifine还有很多没适配的地方（主要是JCM mod中的有些内容渲染会有错误）

除了entity culling和喜闻乐见的opti，基本都可以
